Christmas in June

~It is six months to Christmas; and today is Little Christmas. The tradition of celebrating a monthly Christmas is explained in the following (with edits) post from August of 2017. May you have a good Little Christmas. ~SCF

A tradition which you may enjoy taking up is the celebrating of Christmas on the twenty-fifth day of every month, making the twenty-fifth a Little Christmas.  The Redemptorists keep this tradition in their order, see here:

Origins of Little Christmas

The celebration of Little Christmas is a lovely way to remember the birth of Our Savior which is one of the joyous moments of Christendom. Children love such celebrations, and it helps them to grow in love of the gift that is our Savior, the Incarnate God, born in a manger, long ago.

Merry Little Christmas!
