The Catholic bishop, Bishop Athanasius Schneider, has presented a pastoral message relating to the abortion “victory” in Ireland. In his message he notes that Catholics must continue to witness to “the Beauty of Life, to the Beauty of family, to the Beauty of marriage.”
Bishop Schneider’s pastoral approach to the defeat in the Irish abortion vote, is an approach which can be applied to all our defeats, which is, to never give up. In the end, God is the Victor.
